Vision for Equality Nursing Summit 2020: Partners in Care Speaker Introductions Part III

Charlotte Wroton currently serves as Interim Director for the Philadelphia Office of Intellectual disAbility Services (IDS), a division of the Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbility Services. IDS administers two programs one supporting individuals with an intellectual disability and/or autism and the other supporting children in the Infant Toddler Early Intervention Program.

Throughout her career Charlotte has held various positions within the ID support system including Direct Support Staff, Program Specialist, Vocational/Employment Director, ID Division Director and Vice-President of Operations while working in the Provider community. She joined the City of Philadelphia in June 2013 as a Program Analyst and progressed to Public Health Program Analyst Supervisor and Assistant Director. She has been co-chair of Philadelphia's Employment Steering committee since 2018.

Charlotte is an avid Philadelphia sports fan, she also enjoys spending time with her grandson DJ, reading, gardening, fishing, and the arts.
