The COVID-19 pandemic and resulting school closures have reinforced the stark inequities facing children in Pennsylvania. Gov. Wolf announced on April 9 that schools will remain closed for the rest of the 2019-20 school year.
But schools are expected to continue to provide education in some form. This presents tremendous challenges in providing equal access to all.
