PAFNNN is pleased to host an informative presentation from Pennsylvania Health Law Project on how to challenge Medicaid and CHC waiver service denials. PHLP’s Danna Casserly and Amy Lowenstein will offer an overview of the procedures for appealing service denials, and tips on being well-prepared for a successful appeal. We encourage caregivers as well as those who support individuals with disabilities to attend! There will be time for a brief Q&A at the end.
